NOTE: Coach Jordan will not be holding Olympic Lifting Class this Saturday as he will be traveling with the rest of the CrossFit Redding Competition Team to Sacramento to compete in the Sac-Town Throwdown. He will be returning to his regularly scheduled Olympic Lifting and Barbell Classes on Monday that you can attend.
In the meantime please feel free to complete this workout:
Complete 100 burpees for time
-Do not take more than 10 seconds to rest at any time
-Keep track of how many times you rest more than 10 seconds as each time counts as a "penalty"
-Complete 15 double-unders for each penalty (If you don't have a jump rope by now...GO GET ONE!)
