GRILLED PORK CHOPS
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp thyme, ground
1/4 tsp oregano, dried
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 pork chops, 1" thick
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients and pour over pork chops. Marinade 12 hrs (overnight). Grill over hot coals. Baste pork chops with marinade during grilling. Eat with vegetable medley sprinkled with olive oil.
