Why do I love training at CrossFit Redding? Honestly, there are hundreds, if not thousands of reasons. This just moved right up to the top of the list though. I found this guy likes to take his mid-day naps right across the street from our parking lot!
Wednesday we played around with 200m sprints and dumbbell hang squat cleans.
3...2...1...GO!
