Whole 30 Challenge

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 30TH, 2011

Open Class 3:00pm / 4:30pm

Athena Class 4:30pm


NOTE: The 3:00pm class will be with the CrossFit Redding group class and the 4:30pm class will be a regular Performance Quest Class.

This Saturday at 10:00am, and again this coming Thursday at 6:30pm, CrossFit Redding has asked me to host a 1-hour long lecture on how to implement the Paleo Diet into your life. This will kick off the "Whole 30 Challenge", which I'm suggesting those of you wanting to lean out participate in.

If you're interested in taking on the challenge please come to one of the lectures this Saturday or Thursday for details. If you're absolutely not able to make it to one of the lectures let me know and I'll fill you in.
