Tonight will be my second and final nutrition lecture held at CrossFit Redding, which will kick off a gym-wide nutrition challenge called the Whole 30 Challenge. Whether you think you want to take on this challenge or not I encourage you to come and learn as much as you can about nutrition. The talk starts at 6:30pm, shortly after our 5:00pm workout. Make sure you check out CrossFit Redding's blog for some useful handouts that can be found on the left-hand side of the blog under nutrition. Click on "Whole 30 Quick Start Guide" to download them. Also, they should be posting sample meal plans soon to go along with the food guide you will find there in the Quick Start Guide.
Furthermore, please read the CrossFit Redding blog posts for the last two days (Jan. 3rd, 2012 and Jan. 4th, 2012).
