People are always amazed when they come and see that Performance Quest Athletes actually add weight to their pull-ups. Furthermore, they never in their wildest dreams believe that they could ever do that themselves. Phil was one such person, and now check him out. Here he's performing 3x3 weighted chins (palms facing) with 45 lbs.
