THURSDAY, AUGUST 25TH, 2011

NOTE: During the time that I am away Coach Jordan has agreed to let you drop into his classes throughout the week. I HIGHLY recommend you take advantage of what Jordan has to offer. He is an amazing coach with lots of experience in areas that I am not as strong in and you will undoubtedly be a better, more well-rounded athlete having worked with him for these coming weeks. Here is Jordan's full schedule for the week so that you can start planning which classes you want to attend.

Monday/Tuesday:
Open CrossFit Class - 4:30pm
Barbell Class - 5:30pm
Barbell Class - 6:30pm

Wednesday:
Barbell Class - 4:30pm
Olympic Lifting Class - 5:30pm

Thursday/Friday:
Open CrossFit Class - 4:30pm
Barbell Class - 5:30pm
Barbell Class - 6:30pm

If you are unable to attend Coach Jordan's classes for whatever reason please feel free to complete the following workout of the day...

Complete 21's for time of:
Air Squats
Push-ups

Explanation: Start the workout by doing 20 push-ups and 1 air squat...then once complete do 19 push-ups and 2 air squats...then 18 push-ups and 3 air squats. Continue with this push-up descending fashion and squat ascending fashion until you complete the workout at 1 push-up and 20 air squats. Notice that every round the total reps should equal 21!
