Mobility WOD

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24TH, 2012

Open Class 4:30pm / 5:30pm


NOTE: I am apparently doing the 1st CrossFit Sectionals Open WOD today at 3:00pm! If anyone is interested in coming and cheering me on through this workout, or if you would like to participate in 7 minutes of max rep burpees please feel free to stop by. I would greatly appreciate your support.
